Snowy Mountains Airport Corporation Pty Ltd are celebrating the announcement that Qantas will be commencing direct flights from Brisbane and Sydney for the 2021 snow season.
Qantas will operate three flights a week from Sydney and two flights a week from Brisbane between July 1st and September 26th 2021.
The Sydney schedule has been timed to enable people to fly to the Snowy Mountains after work on a Thursday or Friday evening. The return service on a Sunday will help guests enjoy between a 2- and 10-night stay in the Snowy Mountains.
The new Brisbane services on a Friday and Sunday enable guests to fly direct from Queensland to the Snowy Mountains for the first time, saving significant travel time.
The Qantas national network also enables the booking of flights from other destinations across Australia including Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, with services timed to enable seamless connections and checked through baggage.

There are also a range of transportation services available from Snowy Mountains Airport, including shuttle buses, private transfers, taxi services and Hertz car hire.
Flights are now available to book at qantas.com or through Travel Agents, with flights between Sydney and the Snowy Mountains from $179 one-way and flights from Brisbane to the Snowy Mountains from $239 one-way*.
