Lake Light Sculpture returns for its 25th anniversary in 2026, bringing the Lake Jindabyne foreshore to life over the Easter long weekend, 3 - 6 April.

For 25 years, Lake Light Sculpture has transformed the shores of Lake Jindabyne into an open-air celebration of creativity, drawing locals and visitors together through art, light and community. Returning over the Easter long weekend from 3–6 April 2026, the milestone event will mark its 25th anniversary with its biggest-ever prize pool of $51,000, expanded exhibition spaces, three nights of illuminated sculpture, live music, fireworks and new evening experiences. All set against the stunning backdrop of the Snowy Mountains.

Open daily from 8am - 8pm, the best way to experience this unique event is to take a walk in both the light and dark. Explore the sculptures during the day soaking in the stunning lakeside views. And as night falls, the festival’s signature ‘Light it Up’ event will illuminate the artworks, creating a magical transformation through light and shadow. You don’t want to miss this free, family-friendly event this Easter Long Weekend!

Thanks to strong community support, the festival returns with its largest prize pool ever, $51,000. Highlights include the $10,000 Major Award sponsored by Mountainside, the $5,000 Illumination Award supported by Snowy Regional Solar, plus the $5,000 People’s Choice Night Award and $4,000 People’s Choice Day Award, both voted by attendees and supported by Thredbo and Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort.
