“We went into the workshop knowing we needed to do something but we were not sure what that something was. Our mentor, [Director, Destination Marketing Store] Charlotte Prouse, motivated our thinking and focused our thoughts in a way that left us feeling more positive about our future.

The best part…we could immediately put into practice our learnings. We are already seeing early results with an increase in enquiry traffic.

Thank you Tourism Snowy Mountains for driving this wonderful initiative. We would highly recommend this program to new and existing tourism businesses, and look forward to continuing our mentorship with Charlotte and her team.” – Victor Goustavsky, Owner
