For summer ‘21 / ‘22 we’ve taken the ‘snow’ out of the Snowy Mountains! In a bid to position Australia’s favourite winter holiday spot as a year-round holiday destination for families,Tourism Snowy Mountains has joined forces with Eugene Tan from Aquabumps and his family…
The result is an action packed snapshot of our region, showcasing just some of the awesome experiences and activities that the Snowy Summer Mountains can offer families, including hiking in the high country, enjoying the local food and beverage options, mountain biking in Thredbo and learning more about the region’s history and heritage.
Best known for his early morning shots of iconic Bondi Beach in action, Aquabumps started as a surf check email to Eugene’s friends. It has since grown to a database of 40,000 daily, a seriously impressive social media following and a gallery right on his beloved Bondi Beach. Tourism Snowy Mountains challenged the renowned Aussie photographer to do what he does best and capture five photos whilst on his Summer Mountains adventure.
Tan will release his five photos across his Aquabumps Facebook and Instagram accounts to over 260,000 followers tomorrow, Friday 26 November, so make sure you stay tuned!
